If “Yellowstone” had been titled “Sunstone” and set on an alien planet: JustWatch Weekly Report

JustWatch, the streaming tracker has sent along this week’s top streaming films and shows, with a concentration on the new hit “Yellowstone” a “neo-Western”.

We couldn’t help but think that it could have been a “neo-space western”, if it had been titled “Sunstone” and based on the works of H. Beam Piper.  In case you’re not familiar, “Sunstones” are what “Pappy” Jack Holloway is prospecting for when he first encounters the Fuzzies.

If you are not familiar with the Little Fuzzies, it is your bounden duty, nay, your SACRED duty to drop everything else right now and go get familiar.  Among other things, Fuzzies, if they thought about it, would tell you that DEI is a good thing and that people telling you what you can and can’t do out of prejudice is a bad thing that could very easily result in an encounter with a “choppo-diggo”, after which you’ll have absolutely no desire for exteefee.

On the genre penetration of streaming services front, we’re at a low 10% in TV Shows

While film is at 20%
