New Releases in Science Fiction/Fantasy/Paranormal Romance for FEB 25

Here’s the weekly post from my author blog on the new releases I found to be of interest in my three favorite romance genres (which are also the ones I write in!), and related areas such as time travel, steampunk, paranormal cozy romances and more. I do sometimes cover other releases of note in science fiction and fantasy.

As always, I recommend sampling before you buy! I have not read most of the new releases listed (although I always end up one-clicking a bunch as I prepare these posts). I don’t pick up every single new release each week but try to provide a representative subset and lots of choices.

Here’s a teaser for this week’s first book (jump to the blog to see the approximately 75+ titles featured this week):

Jennie: I can’t remember that last time I saw Earth. All I know now is red sand, cruel aliens, and silence. Getting sick from some alien virus damaged my vocal chords, and it’s painful to even say yes when my captors ask if I’m hungry.

I don’t know what my future holds, but I’ve always had a sixth sense about things. That’s why I know when the blue alien with orange hair and black gloves meets my eyes, that my life is about to change. I just don’t know if it’s for better or for worse.

Fenix: The only way I’ve been surviving through the chronic pain of my mutation is the drug, Kixx. I hate what the addiction has done to me, but what I resent the most is that I’ve had to barter with a lowlife Rogastix for my supply.

One day, he shows off his new property–a human female. He makes me a deal to protect her until he can exchange her for a healthy supply of Kixx of which I’ll get a lion’s share. But I’m a Drixonian Warrior somewhere beneath my melted skin and raw nerves. Now matter how badly I need the drug, I won’t let her be sold. I’ll get her to safety, even if it costs me everything.

The paparazzi is hounding me, my fiancé cheated on me, and I’m sick of living up to everyone else’s expectations. Former child star syndrome much? Yeah, I’ve got a chronic diagnosis. Is running away to another planet drastic? Maybe. But I’m ready and couldn’t be happier to sign my name on IEP’s dotted line. Luckily, I land a sweet job as an assistant on Tracarox. They say the place is full of sorcery, but I’m not about to fall for space magic. Or an alien. There’s something strange about my sorcerer boss, Ilzak. Something dark and sensual. I don’t want him, except for when my mind gets all twisted and confused. What is he doing to me? Ilzak isn’t the only alien I’m pulled to. The instinct pulling me toward Prince Aiken Hollander is too strong for me to deny. From the first moment I see him, I want him, body and soul. And as our paths keep crossing, I fall harder and deeper. One alien is using me. The other is my mate. Can I figure out which is real before it’s too late?
