Loncon 3 will conduct a Ustream presentation of the Hugo Award Finalists at 8:30 PM BST – which happens to be 5 hours ahead of the US EDST.
If it is 3:00 pm your time (eastern US), its 8:00 pm in London.
In a little over a half an hour from the writing of this post, you will be able to find out who the 2014 nominees will be.
