Revisiting Amazing Stories Revisit: Paul Levinson Reviews the 2020 Series

Paul Levinson (The Plot To Save Socrates) reminds us that a few years ago he reviewed the entirety of Apple’s short-lived and not-very-well-received attempted reboot of the mid-1980s eponymous Spielberg, which attempted to recapture “family night in front of the boobtube” nostalgia, failing at that endeavor as well.

Nevertheless, Paul finds something redeeming in each episode.  If you are not a curmudgeon, you might want to give them a read, or a listen:

The Cellar
The Heat
Dynoman and the Volt
Signs of Life
The Rift

***

And, in other news, CBR is reporting that the reboot is finding a new audience these days.
