Here’s the weekly post from my author blog on the new releases I found to be of interest in my three favorite romance genres (which are also the ones I write in!), and related areas such as time travel, steampunk, paranormal cozy romances and more. I do sometimes cover other releases of note in science fiction and fantasy.
As always, I recommend sampling before you buy! I have not read most of the new releases listed (although I always end up one-clicking a bunch as I prepare these posts). I don’t pick up every single new release each week but try to provide a representative subset and lots of choices.
Here’s a teaser for this week’s first two books (jump to the blog to see the approximately 130+ titles featured this week):
WHEN SHE’S LONELY: A RISDAVERSE TALE by Ruby Dixon
VS Note: Always good to have a new Ruby Dixon to report!
Everyone says humans are safe on Risda III. Yeah, right. I was taken from Earth years ago and I’ve learned one thing – a flawed human is a dead human. So I keep my flaws to myself, and I focus on running my farm. At least, I try to. But when I (accidentally) burn the barn down, one of the local officials shows up to help me put it out. And when Khex learns my secrets, he decides that he’ll keep them…If I’ll go out on a date with him. Oh, this is going to end badly.
IREV: WARLORD BRIDES (XILTRI SECTOR WARRIORS BOOK 3) by Ava York and Starr Huntress
The mystery of the Xiltri Sector deepens, but nothing could prepare Irev for the enigma that is his mate. She’s been ripped from her life. Surely she wouldn’t want to stay with an alien warrior, would she? Despite the demands of his blood, he’ll stay safely away. Respectful. Until danger and desire overwhelm them, and all bets are off.
