Sarko Medina Hinojosa
Writer, teacher, journalist
President of the Arequipa Writers Network, Professor of Short Stories and Literary Writing at the San Pablo Catholic University. Author of 12 books in physical and digital format, including: “The Color of Music”, “El Ekeko and the Impossible Desires”, “The Street is Hard” and “Alasitas”. Winner of the competitive fund of the Provincial Municipality of Arequipa to publish his book “Curfew in the Fossil City”. Finalist in the short story contest, El Búho Magazine, 2019. His short story “Redecorter” appears in “Beyond the real. Anthology of the Peruvian fantastic story of the 21st century”, by Elton Honores. His micro-story “Microleyenda” was animated in a project at Michigan State University, by Rocio Qespi, 2023. Columnist and cultural promoter with constant dissemination spaces.
