You may recall that I was invited to write the introduction to Ruth and Ann’s Guide To Time Travel I – which you can find right here (the book, not my introduction. To read that sterling example of the introductory arts, you will need to acquire the book).
You may also recall that I subsequently sold a story to the upcoming second volume of this series – my very first!

No, I was not invited to write the introduction to this new volume. I might have been tempted to engage in a bit too much horn-tooting.
The first volume in this series has been well-received and, although I only have my own story to judge by, I think this new volume is FANTASTIC!
Besides. How can you not want to read the first story written and sold by someone who has been very vocal, for a very long time, in his critique of other’s SFnal efforts? I expect that responses will cover the range from “This guy has no clue” to “OMG! This is the greatest story I’ve ever read!”. You know what? I won’t mind at all regardless, so long as you buy the book and read everyone else’s stories as well.
