Paramount+ has announced exciting updates for Star Trek fans, including release dates and renewals. Captain Pike returns in Season Two of Strange New Worlds, set to release on June 15th, 2023, along with a special crossover episode featuring Lower Decks’ Ensigns Mariner and Boimler. Strange New Worlds has been renewed for a third season, while Lower Decks will release its fourth season this summer and a fifth season has been commissioned. Star Trek: Prodigy will also return for a second season this winter. Finally, the fifth and final season of Star Trek: Discovery will premiere in early 2024.
