This week in “Television” (a distinction that is rapidly losing any real meaning) Genre Penetration has achieved its highest levels since we began tracking things, coming in at either 80 or 90 percent. The difference is whether you define The Watcher as True Crime or Horror. If the latter, then genre has achieved near-perfect penetration!

And, in Film, Genre Penetration floats along at a bit above average, with Halloween Horror fare boosting it up to 50%
