Just about 60 years ago I started imagining what it would be like to visit and live on other planets, in distant solar systems.
Now, within my lifetime, we may actually be able to image some of those distant worlds around other suns.
I try to imagine what it will be like to be a human being born and raised during an era of human history when the knowledge of other planets, perhaps even non-terrestrial life, is a common-place, well-established fact, and I find myself unable to do so. (And that’s a really cool thing.
