Sci-Fi Short Film “Bubble” presented by DUST

A young woman discovers that when life’s monotony has you hemmed in, happiness is taking your own advice and stepping outside your bubble.

“Bubble” by Vicente Manzano

Aurelia works as a Phone Therapist for the eZONE, a utopian neighborhood that has everything you need to live a comfortable life. She’s consumed by helping depressed and unhappy people, even though, she’s the one who needs the help. She copes with the situation by hiding the problems and locking herself in a bubble, which only traps her in a cycle of consumerism. An introspective journey into her psychology will lead us into a battle with her own darkness and fears.
