Local author and rocket scientist Jack Clemons will present Flags on the Moon at 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, at the South Coastal Library in Bethany Beach. The program is an informative, entertaining and sometimes surprising look at the history behind each of the six American flags placed on the Moon by the Apollo astronauts. The South Coastal Library is at 43 Kent Ave. in Bethany Beach.
