Chris Garcia is a fannish fenomena: not only did he win a Best Fanzine Hugo Award for The Drink Tank, his acceptance speech from the Renovation Worldcon was nominated for a Best Dramatic Presentation: Short Form the following year!
Lets not even get started on how many other fanzines, conventions and other (often bizarre) fanac projects he’s been involved with.
Yesterday, the final issue of The Drink Tank, #400, was published on eFanzines.com.
But don’t think for one femto second that Chris is going anywhere. Much to fandom’s chagrin, he isn’t!
