If you like meteor showers, evenings over the next several nights are bound to enthrall – IF you have clear skies.
(Every year I watch for these showers – the Geminids in particular – and every year for at least the past 20 years, I have never failed to be under cloudy skies. This year is no exception. However, that may not be the case for you – I suspect that the farther you are physically from my location, the better your chances are.)
The Geminids are referred to as the “King” of meteor showers and come around once every year as the Earth passes through a cometary debris field.
