Our weekly report from the fine people at JustWatch shows us that in film –
genre flicks were barely evident, with The Creator being the sole, clearly genre entry. Possibly adjacent is Barbie and the MI franchise entry. So we’re looking at 10 to maybe 30% this past week.
While in television –
Echo is the sole genre entry.
Not a great week for genre penetration, but, as they say, some genre is better than no genre. Well, maybe they don’t say that, but there’s always next week, right?
