SPECIAL NOTE:  In the interest of transparency and disclosure:  for some reason unknown to us at this time, voting for the Fourth Quarter’s award had to be conducted twice, as it was discovered after the initial voting period had closed, none of the votes had been tabulated.  This was announced and reader’s were encouraged to vote again, which they did (thank you voters!).  Since no votes were recorded during the first voting session, results were only counted from the second voting session.
