New Releases in Science Fiction/Fantasy/Paranormal Romance for NOV 27

“Aliens should not be hot. At all. Not ever.” But, apparently, many of them are….

Here is the weekly post from my author blog on the new releases I found to be of interest in my three favorite romance genres (which are also the ones I write in!), and related areas such as time travel, steampunk, paranormal cozy romances and more. I do sometimes cover other releases of note in science fiction and fantasy.

As always, I recommend sampling before you buy! I have not read most of the new releases listed (although I always end up one-clicking a bunch as I prepare these posts). I don’t pick up every single new release each week but try to provide a representative subset and lots of choices.

Here’s a teaser for this week’s first two books (jump to the blog to see the approximately 50-70 titles featured this week):

She was his the moment she stepped aboard. He’ll fight everyone, even the emperor himself, to keep her…Like most Lathar, First Healer Isan K’Vass didn’t expect to ever find his mate. The genetic plague that had ravaged their race meant they had no females, and his tainted bloodline meant he would be last in line for one of the rare human females. Or it should.

Until a human combat team boards the Veral’vias and he see’s HER. Flame haired. Curvy. Dangerous. And all his, if the secrets in his blood don’t tear them apart first…

Aliens should not be hot. At all. Not ever. Shannon Taylor had one thing on her mind when she boarded the alien vessel. Her mission. But no plan survives first contact with the enemy and her rescue mission goes sideways quicker than a cat on a hot tin roof. Finding herself the prisoner of the Lathar, and one, hot as hades healer in particular, she needs to keep her wits about her if she’s ever going to get herself the hell of this alien ship.

However, the Lathar aren’t as bad as she’d been told and it’s all she can do to remember that Isan, her sexy healer, is the enemy. Only he’s not, he kisses like a dream, and they end up on the same side on a mission into dangerous territory to root out an enemy to both their people. But treachery lurks in the shadows and when Shannon is betrayed, will her warrior reach her in time. Or is their happily-ever-after over before it could begin?

Agraadax was shaken by recent events and the breeding facility closed, but it has done little to ease the simmer of unrest rippling through Agraak society. In Aminae, one of the dome cities scattered on the few arid patches of land of the swampy planet, factions are rising against the cruelties of the upper raniks that rule their society. Kaede is a male devoted to the cause. His entire life has become focused on easing the suffering of his people. He has no time for anything else in his life. A human give into his care is the worst kind of distraction…a distraction that promises love and pleasure.

Frankie arrived on Agraadax masquerading as man. No one knows, not even the men with whom she serves in the Intergalactic fleet. For five years, her sole purpose has been bent on discovering any information that she could regarding the fate of her twin sister, Alisha. When Frankie is forced into hiding with the aid of an Agraak male in the midst of a rising revolution, she is put on a path that may change everything for both of their species. Fighting side by side with by a male who stirs her passions and makes her question everything she thought she knew; Frankie begins to wonder how she’ll ever leave Agraadax without him.
