Wow!  Holy Last Minute Save! Batman!

With four minutes remaining and still $11,000.00 short of our goal, two individuals ponied up $1,000 and $10,000 contributions, taking us just over the top of our goal!

If those individuals wish to be recognized publicly, I will be MORE than happy to designate them as the Patron Saints of Amazing Stories and stick their names on the masthead by way of a special thank you.  (You all know who you are;  please get in touch!)

It’s sure been a rollercoaster here.

Sometime this coming week, Kermit, Ira and I will be having a conference call to line up all of the ducks, distribute the labor and get to fulfilling the rewards.  This will include discussing opening up submissions for general access, creating our display for Worldcon, making changes to the website and turning on the advertising component; not to mention fortifying the subscription software and…or…ten million other joyful things that we’re now going to get to do.  Plans.  We have them, and a pent up hunger to bring them to fruition.

All of that is now possible, thanks to you – the fans.  We’ll never forget this.
