Erewhon launches a newsletter!

Countdown to Liftoff

We’re having a busy and exciting time in the Erewhon office. We’re preparing to launch our first season of books with our excellent distributor Workman, which means it’s time to put together a newsletter for the folks who wish to follow us. We’ve added you to the list because you have attended an event in our space or you asked to be added, but if you don’t want to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom.
We were quite excited to finally be able to announce our first few books. In 2020, we’ll be bringing you exciting speculative fiction projects from Benjamin Rosenbaum, Hannah Abigail Clarke, J. M. Lee, S. A. Jones, and more. Stay tuned for more information about these books, and others to follow soon.

Born and raised in the great Minnesota north, J. M. Lee has published novels including the Dark Crystal prequel Shadows of the Dark Crystal, and is an English tutor and writing mentor.
The Unraveling by Benjamin Rosenbaum

One of our newly announced titles is an anthology of science fiction and fantasy roleplaying games that our publisher Liz Gorinsky will be selecting and editing. This anthology will contain both new commissioned games and reprints, and cover a range of game styles (tabletop, larp, and hybrid forms).

We’re doing an open call for submissions for this project. You can find more information on what we’re looking for, as well as a link to the submission form, over here. We hope to see games from some of you!
So far, we have hosted three successful and thought-provoking literary salons in our glorious office space, and we are excited to continue doing so. Our salons feature author readings, but they are also a space for our community to gather, a chance to talk and relax and play with speculative fiction fans and beyond.

ANGUS McINTYRE was born in London and has lived in Edinburgh, Milan, Brussels and Paris before eventually finding his way to New York, where he now lives and works. A graduate of the 2013 Clarion Writer’s Workshop, his short fiction has been published in numerous anthologies and on BoingBoing. His first published book is The Warrior Within.

KEFFY R. M. KEHRLI is a speculative fiction writer who currently lives on Long Island, where he’s working on a PhD in Genetics. He attended Clarion UCSD in 2008 and since then, his fiction has appeared in magazines such as Lightspeed, Apex, and Uncanny. In 2015, he launched GlitterShip, a podcast featuring LGBTQ short fiction. He is also a former editor of Shimmer Magazine.
