Starship Challenger: "A Logical Solution" Rehearsal
Starship Challenger: “A Logical Solution” Rehearsal

Over the past eighteen months, we have been carefully planning logistics, creating partnerships, developing concepts, searching for talent and writing some amazing adventures.  This past month, we began rolling cameras on the first scenes for Starship Challenger.

We found ourselves lugging equipment to the bottom of a rocky gorge to shoot the planet-side scenes for our episode “A Logical Solution.”  The location and weather fought with us all weekend long, but we persevered and captured some truly amazing footage.

So, What’s Next?

Next month, the Starship Enterprise bridge set at Retro Film Studios in Ticonderoga, New York, will double for the bridge of the USS Ajax and Starship Challenger, as we film opening sequences for our pilot “Another Door Opens.”  This will establish Captain JM Colt’s character, and fill in the blanks for fans who haven’t seen her since she was Captain Pike’s yeoman in the TOS episode “The Cage.”
