Caitlín R. Kiernan’s most recent novel, The Drowning Girl: A Memoir, has received the Bram Stoker and James Tiptree, Jr. awards, as well as nominations for the Nebula, British Fantasy, Mythopoeic, Locus, World Fantasy, and Shirley Jackson awards. Her short fiction has been collected in numerous volumes, including Tales of Pain and Wonder, A is for Alien, Confessions of a Five-Chambered Heart, and The Ape’s Wife and Other Stories. In 2011, Subterranean Press released Two Worlds and In Between: The Best of Caitlín R. Kiernan (Volume One). Born in Ireland, raised in the Deep South, she lives in Providence, Rhode Island.
Michael Cisco is the author of numerous novels including The Divinity Student (winner of the International Horror Writers Guild Award for Best First Novel) The Tyrant and The Great Lover His short fiction has been published in The Thackery T. Lambshead Guide to Eccentric and Discredited Diseases Thackery T. Lambshead’s Cabinet of Curiosities Blood and Other Cravings Black Wings, Weird Fiction Review, and most recently in The Grimscribe’s Puppets and Shadow’s Edge anthologies. He has also published critical essays on Lovecraft, William S. Burroughs, Iranian author Sadegh Hedayat, and Gilles Deleuze. His latest novel, entitled Member, is about to be published by Chomu Press.
